While the consumption of certain foods may help weight loss, we recommend practice intuitive eating and eating healthy 80% of the time plus occasional indulgence. This place is an institution as well as the hallmark standard of the "deli" concept. It's located is convenient as it's just a couple of blocks from Central Park and after we parked the car nearby, we proceeded to walk over to this landmark.The place was very easy to spot to say the least.
