I am not a great fan of pink, neither I am of pop, however, this festival was really nice to attend. The whole area looks like a garbage dump. Therefore, rating 1 (lowewst) to 5 (highest), i rate the security of Pinkpop as 2 Overall, i give it a huge 4 for the great show & experience. The Greta Van Fleet, why I came in the first place is a true knock-out and maybe next year organizer will realize that these guys should be.

Well, who knows, maybe it is a Dutch way? on the main stage. From young to old, from rock to pop everything. Festival itself is well organized with a variety of food and drinks, we did not wait long for anything, but as in the title, trash is a big problem there. Almost no trash bins and on the last day of the festival you could not see the floor from all of the junk and plastic. Everyone, threw his thin plastic cups on the floor.

We joined in the crowd (Thankfully, ppl were respectful & keep a good distance) and the crowd moved very slowly to one direction which we assumed was the entrance gate but alas, it was not and the direction of the crowd turned & we were motioned by the crowd towards a small fenced tunnel gate entrance which we saw only when we arrived at it & were scuffled into it - found ourselves passed by a ticket contoller. Something for everyone! They did not disappoint and it was a dream come true. We got there late so we had to park pretty far but with the great weather, it was a nice walk. Supermarket, lockers and reception - great! A real pain! Advantage would be no throwing the cups away. The drive to Landgraaf was tough because of traffic from Amsterdam but we stayed in a little hotel not too far from the festival venue.
