The First runner up of Miss Tourism Kigezi region, Margaret Kankwazi was crowned Miss Tourism 2018-2019 at a function that took place at Serena Hotel Kampala on Friday. The search for the next Miss Tourism Uganda 2018 kicked off over the Weekend first with the Busoga Region. After an extremely tiring and demanding 12 months of travelling around Uganda’s regions in search of Uganda’s next Miss Tourism ambassador, Margaret Kankwanzi finally claimed the 2018 crown.
