There are many great changes coming. When we do laundry we can't listen to music, study, watch a movie, or converse in any way. My sister hasn't even moved into this complex yet and they have caused her way more stress than anyone should EVER have with an apartment complex. I rated them 5 stars because of the location, amenities and office/maintenance staff. Bowed walls. However, not everything is all bad. We buy houses, townhouses, condos, duplexes, multitenant buildings, and even some commercial properties from owners looking to sell quickly…. You can find nicer places for the same or lower price.

The entire experience was great. I inquired about a 2019 Lincoln MKC they had advertised. We live two hours away and I will purchased a car from them again in the future. It takes me 10 minutes to get to class. Out of all the people that live here, I was shocked that they remembered my name! I will be bringing my car into your facility in a few days to have it inspected and to have my keys fixed. I have lived at several apartment complexes in College Station and this one is by far the worst.

The entire room smelled stongly of paint. The floorplans, price range, and amenities/activities are all spectacular. I would of rather paid $300 to have it repaired by a local shop same day, than have a dealer take 3 days. It happened to me and my daughter in law.
There are so many better options in college station that are WAY cheaper. Enjoy private bedrooms and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Don't do it!
