Overall a very relaxed and quick interview, definitely not looking to 'catch you out' with any of the questions. the interview was very rushed which was all read of a sheet . The interview had 6 situational questions and other questions were about Royal Mail and about the job itself and it wasn’t hard as long as you were prepared, be descriptive about what you did in those situations, know about health and safety as that was important and make sure you do some research about Royal Mail beforehand.The interview was also based on how many points you get in each question, 5 points for each of them and you have to have 3 points in each question to pass and it doesn’t matter if you have high marks in all the questions put together, you would still need to have 3 points in each question.There was also a sight test where you had to read a number plate from far which isn’t hard at all and be prepared to ask good questions at the end as the manager was looking for that.
